19. RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
During the year ended December 31, 2023, the Company spent $6,589 in research and development costs in relation to UN(THINK)™ food product development. For the year ended December 31, 2022, the Company spent $615,693 in relation to the license agreement with Radical Clean Solutions Ltd (“Radical”), the testing, nutrient and micro analysis for UN(THINK)™ food product development as well as costs of design and construction for the Coachella land and its future structure architecture.
